Overview

We were presented an opportunity to work with Aditya Birla Health Insurance through our friends at Canvs Club. It turned out to be a great opportunity for us to explore the complex world of how Insurances work in India and deep diving into optimising a process that was initially offline and done physically by agents. We optimised the journey of over 200 text fields and created a crisp journey for all of ABHI's customers.
